The goal of this project was to understand, research, and evaluate the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of a company. The company chosen here was Novo Nordisk - a healthcare company that offers products and services for diabetes care.
We divided the analysis in different sectors and focused on the sustainable and social aspects of the company - and through research of existing CSR efforts, generate new opportunities for Novo Nordisk to expand.
"The idea here is that once a company is already engaged in CSR, the infrastructure is in place, as well as the culture of the enterprise, for even better results." We analyzed the framework that was in place for Novo Nordisk's CSR, and implemented an improved framework and opportunity that was still core to the company.
